1. Definitions

Throughout this document, the following terms carry the meanings described below:

• "Agreement" — these Terms & Conditions in their current form.
• "Boon Wattana" / "We" / "Us" — the financial education provider operating at 47 Nimmanhemin Road, Suthep, Chiang Mai 50200, Thailand.
• "User" / "You" — any individual who accesses our website or enquires about, registers for, or attends our programs.
• "Service" / "Program" — any workshop, course, or educational session offered by Boon Wattana.
• "Content" — all materials, worksheets, frameworks, and resources provided during or in connection with a program.
• "Website" — the Boon Wattana website accessible at boonwaten.pro.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our website, submitting an enquiry form, or registering for any program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. Our programs are designed for adults and are not suitable for minors.

If you are representing an organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

3. Service Description

Boon Wattana provides financial education programs for adults in Thailand. Our current offerings include:

• Debt Clarity Workshop — 2 evening sessions (฿2,800)
• Mid-Career Savings Strategy — 4 half-day sessions over two weeks (฿7,800)
• Tax-Aware Financial Organisation — 5 sessions over three weeks (฿13,800)

Program schedules, formats, and content may be updated periodically. Participants registered for a specific program will be notified of any material changes in advance.

Our programs are delivered primarily in Chiang Mai. Availability may vary. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to insufficient enrolment or unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable notice provided.

4. Enrolment & Registration

Enrolment in a program is confirmed upon receipt of full or agreed partial payment. Submitting a registration form does not in itself constitute enrolment.

• You will receive a written confirmation by email once your place is secured.
• Enrolment is personal and non-transferable unless agreed in writing by Boon Wattana.
• Group sizes are limited to preserve the quality and confidentiality of each session.

5. Payment Terms

All fees are displayed in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Payment

Full payment is due at the time of registration unless a payment arrangement has been agreed with our team in advance. We accept bank transfer, QR code payment, and other methods confirmed at time of booking.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• 14+ days before program start: Full refund, less a 5% administrative handling fee.
• 7–13 days before start: 50% refund or credit toward a future program.
• Less than 7 days before start: No refund, but your place may be transferred to a future intake at our discretion.
• Cancellation by Boon Wattana: Full refund within 14 business days.

6. Your Responsibilities

To help us maintain a thoughtful and respectful learning environment, all participants are expected to:

• Attend sessions on time and participate constructively.
• Treat facilitators and fellow participants with courtesy and respect.
• Maintain confidentiality of information shared by other participants during group sessions.
• Use materials provided solely for personal learning — not for commercial redistribution.
• Provide accurate information during registration.
• Not record sessions (audio or video) without explicit written consent from Boon Wattana.

7. Intellectual Property

All Content — including workshop materials, frameworks, templates, slides, and written guides — remains the intellectual property of Boon Wattana unless expressly stated otherwise.

Upon enrolment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use provided materials for your own personal financial education purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, adapt, or commercially exploit any Content without our prior written permission. This applies to digital and printed formats alike.

8. Disclaimers

Our programs are educational in nature. All information shared is intended to build general financial literacy and awareness.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Boon Wattana shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your participation in our programs or use of our website.

Our total liability in any matter relating to a specific program shall not exceed the fee paid by you for that program.

10. Termination

Boon Wattana reserves the right to remove a participant from a program without refund if their conduct is deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or in breach of these Terms.

You may withdraw from a program at any time; refund eligibility is subject to the cancellation policy in Section 5. Upon termination or withdrawal, your licence to use program materials also ends.

11. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be referred to mediation or, failing that, to the jurisdiction of the courts of Chiang Mai Province, Thailand.

This does not affect any statutory consumer rights you may have under Thai consumer protection law.

12. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire understanding between you and Boon Wattana.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
• Assignment: You may not transfer your rights under this Agreement without our written consent. We may assign our rights in connection with a business transfer.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Significant changes will be communicated to enrolled participants by email where possible.

Continued use of our website or enrolment in programs after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
